2. Submission Guidelines
All creators submitting projects to DekhoRefest must own the full copyright or have explicit permission for all content within their submission. DekhoRefest reserves the right to disqualify any project that violates intellectual property rights.
3. Audience Interaction
As an "Audience-Powered" festival, our platform relies on community engagement. Any attempt to manipulate voting systems, including the use of bots or fake accounts, will lead to permanent disqualification and account termination.
4. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is paramount to us. We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the portal, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
DekhoRefest shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, submission of content, or participation in the festival events.
